Premier Ladies Organization of Women (P.L.O.W.) was founded on the belief that every woman—no matter her past—deserves a path to purpose, growth, and empowerment. For over 18 years, we've stood by this commitment, guided by the principle: “No Premier Lady Left Behind.” Our mission is clear—uplift formerly incarcerated women through career programs, community service, and step-by-step guidance that fosters education, proficiency, and lifelong opportunity. We cultivate sisterhood and strength through dynamic projects powered by our passionate volunteer network. We believe that together, we can build bridges from incarceration to leadership—creating spaces where women rebuild, renew, and rise. Join us in planting new paths. To Whomever Is Reading This,

My entire purpose on earth is to bring to life a vision I’ve carried in my head and heart for nearly 25 years—a sanctuary. A dynamic

space where women who have experienced America’s justice system can come together, rediscover fulfillment, and rise again feeling renewed. I dream of a place where women—coming from incarceration or navigating probation—have access to the support, resources, and community essential for the journey ahead.

HOW, Georgia? (in my best Kanye voice)

By giving the gift of advancement through knowledge. By building a village designed with them in mind. I want to change lives through programs and services that uplift women, build confidence, and help them look and feel their best. I'm working every day to make this vision a reality. But I can’t do it alone. If God blessed me with everything needed, where would I house it? How would I carry it? And who would help me manage it? That’s why I’m seeking donors, grants, and supporters to help guide this mission. With the right support, our Outreach Complex can make a lasting impact in Atlanta and beyond.
